Product Description

This holographic easy tear tape (also known as holographic tear strip or laser pull strip) is manufactured from high-performance BOPP or PET film with a specialized holographic layer and pressure-sensitive adhesive coating. It is designed for quick, clean, and effortless opening of rigid cartons including cosmetic boxes,tea boxes, gift boxes, and other paperboard packaging. Beyond its functional opening purpose, the holographic tear tape serves as a critical vehicle for brand communication, visual differentiation, and anti-counterfeiting protection.

The tear tape can be custom printed with brand logos, text, patterns, or security features using advanced printing technologies including holographic embossing, laser engraving, offset printing, and micro-lettering. Test Standard Notes:

• ISO 6383-1:2015 specifies a method of determining the tear resistance of plastic film or sheet less than 1 mm thick, in the form of standard trouser-shaped test specimens, tested under defined conditions of pre-treatment, temperature, humidity, and speed of testing.

• ISO 29863:2018 specifies a series of methods for the determination of the ability of a pressure sensitive tape to remain adhered under a constant load applied parallel to the surfaces of the tape and substrate.

• ISO 4593:1993 specifies a method for the determination of the thickness of a sample of plastics film or sheeting by mechanical scanning. The method is not suitable for use with embossed film or sheeting.
