Holographic Easy Tear Tape for Tea Box Packaging 25mic to 35mic Tear Strip
This holographic easy tear tape for tea box packaging, also called holographic tear strip or holographic pull tape, uses holographic BOPP or PET film as the base material with a thickness of 25mic to 35mic, coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive. It displays rainbow, silver, gold, or other diffraction effects, and can be customized with holographic patterns, logos, or text. It provides easy tear opening while enhancing the visual grade and brand recognition of tea packaging. It fits square packaging for tea boxes, tea tins, and tea gift boxes, and can also be used for gift boxes, food packaging, and e-commerce packaging. The adhesive bonds firmly, tears smoothly, leaves no residue, and does not damage the carton surface. Width and roll length are customizable, with regular sizes in stock.

Standard Notes:
ISO 4593:1993 is not suitable for embossed film or sheeting. This product has a holographic surface, so the standard applies only to the uncoated base film. Finished total thickness is measured by cross-section microscopy.
ISO 6383-1:2015 determines tear resistance of plastic film using the trouser tear method.
ISO 29862:2024 Method 1 measures peel adhesion at 180° from a stainless steel surface.
ISO 29863:2018 Method A determines static shear adhesion of pressure-sensitive tapes under constant load.
