Printed Easy Tear Tape for Chewing Gum 1.6mm to 2.5mm Custom Printed Logo
This Printed Easy Tear Tape for chewing gum packaging, also called custom printed logo or printed pull tape, uses transparent BOPP, PET, or white film as the base material. Logos, text, and patterns are customized via gravure printing, flexographic printing, or digital printing. It is designed for chewing gum packaging, providing easy tear opening while displaying brand information at the seal. The printed layer offers strong adhesion and rub resistance, and does not peel off easily. It fits square cartons for chewing gum boxes, mint boxes, candy boxes, chocolate boxes, tea boxes, cosmetic boxes, skincare boxes, gift boxes, food packaging, and e-commerce packaging. The adhesive bonds firmly, tears smoothly, and leaves no residue. Width and roll length are customizable, with regular sizes in stock.

Standard Notes:
ISO 4593:1993 is not suitable for embossed film or sheeting. This product has a smooth printed surface, so the standard applies only to the uncoated base film. Finished total thickness is measured by cross-section microscopy.
ISO 6383-1:2015 determines tear resistance of plastic film using the trouser tear method.
ISO 29862:2024 Method 1 measures peel adhesion at 180° from a stainless steel surface.
ISO 29863:2018 Method A determines static shear adhesion of pressure-sensitive tapes under constant load.
ISO 2409 specifies a cross-cut test for assessing the adhesion of coatings, referenced here for the printed layer.
ISO 105-B02 specifies a method for determining color fastness to artificial light, referenced here for the printed layer.
