This custom printed easy tear tape for cosmetic packaging uses transparent or white BOPP/PET film as the base material, with brand logos and patterns applied via gravure or digital printing. The width can be customized from 1.6mm to 2.5mm. It is mainly used for sealing and tear opening of cosmetic boxes and skincare boxes, and also fits gift boxes, food packaging, and e-commerce packaging. The printed layer is rub-resistant, the adhesive bonds firmly, and tearing is smooth with no residue. Regular sizes are in stock, with flexible MOQ.

Tensile properties are tested per ISO 527-3. Tear strength follows ISO 6383-1 trouser method. Peel adhesion uses ISO 29862 Method 1. Static shear adhesion follows ISO 29863 Method A. Printing adhesion is assessed by ISO 2409 cross-cut test. Light fastness is evaluated per ISO 105-B02. ISO 4593 applies only to uncoated base film thickness; finished total thickness is measured by cross-section microscopy.
