POF Low-Temp Shrink Film for Chocolate Center-Fold 12-20μm
This POF low-temperature shrink film is produced by multi-layer co-extrusion, specially designed for outer packaging of heat-sensitive products. Compared with standard shrink films, it starts shrinking at a lower temperature, completing the process within 60–90°C, avoiding deformation or melting of chocolate, candy, and similar items. The film offers high clarity and shrinks tightly around boxes to present product appearance. The center-fold structure suits automatic packaging machines for continuous operation, with stable sealing and low breakage. It is suitable for chocolate boxes, candy boxes, electronic product boxes, and other heat-sensitive products, as well as collective packaging of daily necessities requiring low-temperature shrinkage. Folded width, thickness, and roll length can be customized.

This product is tested according to international standards: ISO 4593 for thickness, ISO 527-3 for tensile properties, ASTM F88 for heat seal strength, ASTM D1003 for light transmittance and haze, ASTM D2457 for gloss, ASTM D2732 for heat shrinkage, ISO 8296 for surface tension, and ISO 1183 for density. Low-temperature shrinkage performance is tested under in-house method at 60–90°C.
