POF Low-Temp Shrink Film for 3C Electronics 10-18μm
Outer box packaging for 3C electronic products must protect sensitive components from moisture and dust while keeping contents visible. This POF low-temperature shrink film uses a multi-layer co-extruded polyolefin formula that starts shrinking at a low temperature, completing the process within 55–85°C. This avoids heat damage to the housing or internal parts of earphones, chargers, and data cables. The film offers good clarity and shrinks tightly around boxes to show product outlines. The center-fold format suits automatic packaging machines, with reliable sealing and low cracking. It is suitable for outer packaging or bundle wrapping of mobile phone boxes, earphone boxes, charger boxes, data cable boxes, smartwatch boxes, tablet boxes, and other 3C products. Folded width, thickness, and roll length can be customized.
