Wire Rope Marker Tape 30mic to 60mic for Wire Rope Marking Custom Printing
This Wire Rope Marker Tape uses stretch-oriented PET or polyolefin film with a thickness of 50mic to 100mic as the base material, with abrasion-resistant information printed on the surface for wire rope marking and traceability. It is spirally wound and embedded into the strand gaps, carrying data such as manufacturer, specification, batch, and date, meeting the marking requirements of ISO 2408:2017. The product resists oil and chemicals, operates continuously at 100°C, and withstands short-term 200°C. Custom printing is supported, with common sizes in stock.

Tensile properties are tested per ISO 527-3:2018. Tear strength follows ISO 6383-1:2015 trouser method. Peel adhesion uses ISO 29862:2024 Method 1. Static shear adhesion follows ISO 29863:2018 Method A. ISO 4593:1993 applies only to unprinted base film thickness; finished total thickness is measured by cross-section microscopy. The product meets the marking requirements of ISO 2408:2017.
